With the violence that has happened in our country this week (from a killing on a train, to a school shooting, to the assignation of a highly public figure), I am at a loss of words. How are we to respond to the increasing violence in our country, in our world? What I would personally write would be far from adequate. Fortunately, a pastor who is much better at communicating than I am, has written the most thoughtful, poignant, and Christ Formed response that I have read yet.
